Horses Available for Adoption

Our horses range in age and ability from young and competitive sport horses, to older quiet trail-mounts. Some of our horses have special needs, but most just had an unfortunate run of bad luck and need a new change at a loving forever home. Our efforts are supported solely by donations, adoption fees, sponsorship and A LOT of volunteer sweat.

Our horses are categorized as appropriate for beginner riders (rider who is new around equines, comfortable at a walk and maybe a trot), intermediate riders (rider who is comfortable at all gaits, specifically can post the trot, and can handle equines in various situations and environments), and advanced riders (rider who is comfortable handling difficult or green equines in various situations and environments). We also have several horses that are not rideable, but would be great companion horses, as well as young soon-to-be started horses and a few in rehabilitation! Make sure to check back with us frequently for updates on available horses. We do our best to keep the available horse adoption gallery up to date as changes occur.

Horses may be visited by appointment only, please contact us to schedule a time to come meet them. You will need to have filled out an Adoption Application prior to making an appointment. Please note we rarely adopt horses out of state because we do require home checks and a riding evaluation of the horse you're interested in adopting.
